We use DHL for our Express Worldwide Shipping service,

UK ORDERS

Next Day• Order by 5pm GMT to receive your purchase next business day. £8.00
• Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
• Please note, purchases made after 5pm GMT on Friday and during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday

Express• Receive your purchase within 3 business days after your order has been accepted. £6.50
• Delivered 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK

1-2 Working Days for EU orders 

2-3 Working Days for orders outside of the EU.

All DHL deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. Order by 5pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

DHL service is fully tracked with two text message updates to let you know when your parcel will arrive. DHL have advised a delivery estimate anytime from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday.  Please ensure your email address and mobile number are entered correctly.

Customers are responsible for Duties and Taxes paid.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers and/ or messaged via SMS. If you don't receive a mail please check your spam folder.

Policy:

Refunds will be given up to 14 days and exchanges will be given up to 30 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchase. If you have any queries or feel that we can help in anyway, please don't hesitate to contact us at: hello@otheruk.com or call us on +44 2920496067 between 9am and 5pm (GMT). Please allow some time during holiday period as these are very busy times for us. Will will respond as promptly as possible; your patience is appreciated.

 

Returns:

How to Exchange or Return
Simply follow the steps below:


  1. Email hello@otheruk.com informing you would like to return. Stating your order number, whether you would like a refund or      exchange and the reason for the return.

  2. Choose your replacement size if you are requesting an exchange. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges.

  3. Please Check our Return Policy. You will then receive an email including your returns instructions.

  4. UK returns: UK Returns are FREE (excluding sale items), please use the ‘Easy Returns’ label included in your order. Please note that we only cover ‘Easy Returns’ postage costs.

  5. All other returns: Please email hello@otheruk.com to request an ‘Easy Returns’ label and instructions on how to pay for this service for all EU & international orders. Easy returns postage will be deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively send back at your own cost.

  6. Book your collection with DHL over the phone.

  7. Please note that charges apply on return orders outside the UK.

Simply call DHL on +44 (0)844 248 0844 or visit www.dhl.com to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL branch. Remember to quote the account number for your country from our returns email. Calls to DHL UK cost 7 pence per minute, plus your phone company’s access charge.

 

UK Returns

Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges and returns (excluding sale items) within the UK. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs concerning any sale item returns.

If you haven’t received an easy returns label with your order and would like to return something using ‘Easy Returns’ please contact hello@otheruk.com.

Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.



International and EU Easy Returns

Please note that ‘Easy returns’ postage will be deducted from your refund amount. If you would like to exchange an item, you will be required to cover postage costs to get the parcel back to us. We will cover the postage to get the exchanged item back to yourself.

We do not cover shipping on returns, however we do cover shipping back to the customer for exchanges.

Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.

To avoid the declination of your parcel please cut along the dotted line and attach to the front of your parcel you are returning (failing to do so will result in a customs charge). 

 


You must write 'RETURN' clearly on your parcel or you will be subject to a customs charge.


Footwear:

Returned footwear must be in box, with original packaging. 
Soles must have no wear. If footwear is returned with wear / damage they will be returned to the customer (additional postage costs will incur).

Please note that all Credit Notes and E-Wallets are only valid for a set period.

All Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

All E-Wallets are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Any Credit Notes or E-Wallets outside of this period will not be accepted.
