Delivery & Returns

Shipping:

We use DHL for our Express Worldwide Shipping service, this is an express service and is Next Working Day for UK orders, 2-3 Working Days for EU orders and up to 7 Working Days for orders outside of the EU. All DHL deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following week.

Premium Next Day Shipping, is available on all UK orders. With this DHL service you can expect a door-to-door Express Next Working Day service that is fully tracked with two text message updates to let you know when your parcel will arrive. DHL have advised a delivery estimate anytime from 08:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. Order by 3pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Order placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

If you have any specific delivery requirements please make sure that you leave a note on your order and we will be more than happy to help. Please note bulky orders may be subject to an additional postage charges.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers and/ or messaged via SMS. If you don't receive a mail please check your spam folder.

Policy:

Exchanges / Refunds will be given up to 7 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase. If you have any queries or feel that we can help in anyway please don't hesitate to contact us at: hello@otheruk.com or call us on +44 2920496067 between 9am and 5pm (GMT). Please allow some time during holiday periods a these are very busy times for us. Will will respond as promptly as possible; your patience is appreciated.

Returns:

Returns within the EU must be sent back within 14 days and in perfect original sale condition, unworn. Tags must not be broken.
We can't refund your original or return postage costs.

To avoid the declination of your parcel please cut along the dotted line and attach to the front of your parcel you are returning (failing to do so will result in a customs charge). 


Christmas Returns:

We allow gift returns for exchanges / store credit after the usual 7 day refunds, this applies to Christmas purchases.


Footwear:

Returned footwear must be in box, with original packaging. 
Soles must have no wear. If footwear is returned with wear / damage they will be returned to the customer (additional postage costs will incur).


Sales:

Sale items cannot be returned.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered after it has been dispatched?

UK - Selecting Premium Next Day you will receive your order the Next Working Day. Selecting UK Standard you will receive your order in 2-3 working days. Please note all orders must be signed for at the delivery address.

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day however this may vary at busy times of the year (Christmas and Holidays).

 

Gift Vouchers, Credit Notes and E-Wallets

Please note that all Credit Notes and E-Wallets are only valid for a set period.

All Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

All E-Wallets are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Any Credit Notes or E-Wallets outside of this period will not be accepted.
