DIGITAL E-COMMERCE MANAGER:

Full-Time Employment Contract

The Digital E-Commerce Manager is a digital business leader who drives sales by overseeing all e-commerce business and digital-first marketing directives.

Develop and execute OTHER e-commerce strategy to achieve financial objectives.

Creating a global digital shopping experience for the OTHER consumer across all platforms, and for day-to-day oversight of all e-commerce activities.

This position will oversee all e-commerce and Marketing, and work with external agencies in performance marketing, site development and PR to drive growth.

We are looking for conceptual thinkers with an interest in Music, Motorcycle, tattoos and rock & roll Culture, a very hands-on, tactical e-commerce expert who can articulate and execute solid digital strategies to drive serious revenue growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ecommerce

  • Own E-commerce P&L and all operational aspects of e-commerce including website user experience, traffic generation, and conversion optimisation.
  • Devise and propose budgets for marketing spend relative to sales goals and profits
  • Partner with Director of Trading to develop and track an annual top-line financial sales plan
  • Provide weekly KPIs reports summarising selling, conversion, and traffic performance, provide insight on current trends and analysis of potential risk and opportunities.
  • Oversee external web development team, toward increasing site performance and user engagement. Manage projects for on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Help visually merchandise e-commerce site – guide the loading of new product, assist in the maintenance of site elements.
  • Assist with strategic conversations as they relate to development of product, ie. SKU counts, coloration, categories, etc.
  • Oversee in implementing new methods and technology

Digital Marketing

  • Develop a strategic marketing plan toward engagement, sales goals, and customer acquisition
  • Manage and implement cross-channel marketing calendar including paid advertising and promotional strategies
  • Concept and oversee design of all email marketing campaigns
  • Devise acquisition and retention strategies using Facebook/Instagram, Google, and Pinterest
  • Work with Digital designer to produce content for all paid platforms
  • Produce high-quality assets for emails, social media stories, and web content
  • Drive PR Strategy.

Key Requirements:

  • Expert in Shopify + management and reporting
  • Experience managing profit and loss statements for the e-commerce channel, including managing costs and expenses, digital marketing budgets, and revenue targets.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience designing, implementing, and tracking successful marketing campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest and other channels
  • Klaviyo
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator + InDesign
  • Team player with strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communications skills

Education and Experience Required

Proven work experience as a digital leader within apparel industry.

Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field

E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT:

Full-Time Employment Contract

OTHER is offering an exciting opportunity to assist in the growth of the brand’s evolving digital channels. You will provide daily support to the Brand Manager across all e-commerce touch points, including assisting with product and content uploads across our global websites, site development and testing, operations and trading, and general day-to-day admin.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, a problem solver, and someone who feels confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Assist with product launches across our global e-commerce channels, ensuring all product information and imagery is completed to plan, is SEO friendly and is collated ready for upload

· Manage the e-commerce style tracker, keeping it updated with delivery dates, allocations, shoot dates, prices etc., working closely with the production and communication teams

· Assist with testing and development of all e-commerce channels

· Manage end-to-end operations for the Brand store, and assist with managing stock and product mix

· Oversee Marketplace platform; tracking orders and dispatch, creating new products, managing stock and product mix

· Assist with stock buying, stock investment and product mix

· Keep internal stock sheets and systems up to date, working closely with the sales and production teams on product availability and deliveries

· Ensure all available product is online across appropriate channels, stock is accurate, and the communications team are updated on product availability

· Ensure all pages on the site(s) is updated and correct, performing regular site walks and testing to identify any issues or opportunities to improve conversion, as well as merchandising the site(s)

· Keep all on site content up to date, SEO friendly and fully optimised. Including but not limited to product imagery, homepage assets, stockists list etc., ensuring aligned with the communications team

· Handle all customer service enquiries across both e-commerce, as well as managing all returns and exchanges

· Work closely with our global logistics partners, ensuring orders are dispatched in a timely manner, and any delays are identified and handled quickly and efficiently

· Assist with the creation of e-commerce reports and presentations, supporting the Brand Manager with meeting the departments KPIs

· Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Key Requirements

· Proficient in Shopify

· Proficient knowledge of Photoshop, Excel and Outlook

· Knowledge of Google Suite – Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.

· Proficient knowledge of social media channels and how they work

· Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly

PR & COMMUNICATION:

Full-Time Employment Contract

OTHER is offering an exciting opportunity to assist in the growth of the brand.  We are looking for someone with a passion to drive the PR & Influencer marketing.

  • Develop and maintain brand relationships with retail partners. Support the wholesale team with necessary marketing assets.
  • Handling press requests, managing sample, and gifting trafficking, maintain sample archiving, managing social media on a daily basis.
  • Working closely with the CEO to manage PR budget such as agency fees, expenses, event budgets.
  • Assisting on day-to-day tasks around execution of global strategy for celebrity/influencer activity;
  • Assisting on execution of monthly gifting programs, including product ordering, packaging and arranging local couriers;
  • Monitoring and tracking VIP and influencer coverage both online and in print;
  • Continuously tracking and reporting on ongoing industry events and news;
  • Monitoring talent and influencer results, assisting with compiling reports and gather analytics data
  • Assisting with planning and execution of seasonal and local brand events such as VIP and influencer attendance at the NYFW show, new product launches, seasonal dinners etc.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with creatives, influencers, stylists, photographers and agents
  • Be the point person on outreach, negotiations, contract development and payment for all influencer partnerships
  • Coordinate with global teams on all talent related programming to ensure they align with marketing's key messages, and the brand's creative direction
  • Maintain cross functional partnership with global marketing, creative, social, and press teams to ensure alignment, use and approval of assets
  • Oversee all licensee influencer programming
    Monitor budgets, invoices, and talent payments

 

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT:

OTHER is offering an exciting opportunity to assist in the growth of the brand. You will provide daily support to the Operations Manager across all dispatch and general day-to-day admin.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, a problem solver, and someone who feels confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Understand and execute systems and stock procedures

· To ensure that all daily orders are picked, processed and packed as required across all platform including B2B, following the packaging guidelines.

· Monitor the stock control and answer team queries

· Maintaining organisation of warehouse as directed

· Work closely with our global logistics partners, ensuring orders are dispatched in a timely manner, and any delays are identified and handled quickly and efficiently

· Handle all customer service enquiries, as well as managing all returns and exchanges

· Customer returns, carefully QC each style, seeking management advice where necessary, before re-packing in storage bag and allocating back to designated area.

· Keep stockroom clean, clear and tidy at all times

· Stock Checks.

· Work with the Order Fulfilment team to accept new season orders and allocate these new orders to designated areas in the stock room

About You

· Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly.

· A strong team player with a positive outlook, happy to help out where needed

· An organised multitasker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Physically fit and energetic, comfortable with manual handling of up to 20 kilos

The position is based at OTHER in the South Wales Studios, the hours will be 07:00 to 15.30 Monday to Friday. With an immediate start. Wages to be agreed on depending on candidate experience.
